Super 8 by Wyndham Hot Springs

The stay was good for the price, rooms were clean, the staff were helpful. The only set back is needing to get new blinds and have windows cleaned randomly. Some touch on missed painted spots. The location was excellent. Overall the stay was welcoming and enjoyable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is older but very clean, comfortable beds, nice atmosphere. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Reasonable priced and close to restaurant and entertainment.

The room was great the service was even better they were so nice and helpful with any matters that we had they actually gave us trash bags so that we can clean up the room and get our stuff packed back up to leave they gave us towels when needed must say one of the best hotels we've used in a while

I have no complaints this play served its purpose. It is a non-smoking hotel and I am a smoker so I had to go outside to smoke.

It is a simple hotel nothing fancy but nice clean rooms and cold air for sure. We were on the second floor and I was surprised it was very quiet usually at most hotels u can hear everything above you all night long. Some reviews on here about this hotel are not true you get a nice simple clean room and friendly staff at a reasonable rate.

i dont know what you guys expected of a $75 room but for the price, the rooms were just fine. i really liked the front desk lady, she was very nice. The breakfast was good for what you pay for. Stop expecting so much for a cheap stay.

We stayed here while on a road trip. We hadn't selected accommodations from before - literally just randomly walked in and asked if there was availability. Fortunately, there was. We spoke with, we believe the owner, who was very helpful in answering questions about availability and rates. The rates were pretty reasonable. Then we asked about if there were any restaurants open (it was around 9 pm) nearby and he looked up a place for us. He also said we were welcome to have dinner first and then come back - he would hold the room and the quoted rate for us. He was true to his word, even though the shift changed to another employee (who was also very helpful), he honored the agreement. The rooms were in good condition and perfectly serviceable. The breakfast options were not amazing to be honest, but given the reasonable rate, I would not rate negatively based on that. We visited the Bathhouse Row after we checked out, which is not too far off, so this is a place to stay at a reasonable rate if you're looking to visit Hot Springs National Park. Overall, my rating is based off how helpful and considerate the staff were.

Rooms were nice and comfortable, staff were very friendly. Location was very accessible. However the breakfast was blah!! The only options were chocolate muffins, cereal or hard granola bars.

We stayed almost a week here and had no issues. Room was clean. Housekeeping did a great job and Melinda was WONDERFUL!! Great customer service all around. We will definitely be back and will refer our friends and family. Thanks for the memories!

I stayed the weekend dispite the negative reviews and I will say it was pleasant stay. There was pool with warmish water which was refreshing after spending all day at a spring that was collllddd, it is only 4ft deep which was a little disappointing but it was kept welll cleaned, and have a table and chairs to sit out by the pool. And at night the lighting around the pool is nice. The staff was friendly and never bothered us, nor made us feel rushed checking out the day we left. Our room was clean smelled nice and had fresh towels and covers despite the reviews I read. It’s definitely a nice hotel for the price. The continental breakfast was 3 types of cereal, breakfast burritos, muffins, fruits, sunny D, coffee etc. I will say get there early or a lot of it will be gone. Overall had a pleasant stay, will be returning especially for the price when hotels have ridiculous prices now days..
